Shipping is charged on a per order basis and calculated based on whether or not the order is within Ontario, or outside of Ontario.

Within Ontario, flat rate shipping is $25 per order. Outside of Ontario, flat rate shipping is $45 per order.

Handling time from the time the order is placed to the time the order is shipped is typically 1 business day.

Shipping within Ontario typically takes 1-3 business days. Out of Province shipping typically takes between 1-2 weeks.

Orders must be placed before 12pm for that order to be counted as placed during that business day.

Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship to Quebec.

Any special shipping instructions must be left in the comment section of the order page.

Refunds can be accepted up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

All refunds can be accepted in person or returned if shipped by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Exchanges cannot be processed for items that are no longer in stock.
