Our Knucklehead brand is a fun line of wines we produce named after our kids (term of endearment!). It features a childhood picture of each of our kids on the label to honour the family nature of our business.

Rose` & Apple Wines
For Those Who Like Bubbles
These lovely dry sparkling wines are perfect for celebrations, as an aperitif or to enjoy during those hot sunny days of summer. Our bubbly blush Rose` is made from a blend of our estate grown grown grapes, mostly Vidal & Pinot Noir, with some Chardonnay & just a touch of Pinot Gris. Our sparkling apple wine is made from 100% Prince Edward County apples. Both done in the charmat method, fermented in tank - crisp, refreshing, and a lot of fun!
Riesling & Cabernet Sauvignon
Made with grapes sourced from Niagara’s 2020 vintage, these wines add some variety to our portfolio & allow us to offer wines made from varietals not commonly grown in PEC. With marvelous lemon-lime flavours and a floral bouquet on the nose, our dry Riesling is a versatile every-season wine, while the Cabernet will appeal to those who enjoy more full bodied reds.
