Shipping available to most Canadian addresses & fees charged on a per order basis.

For orders within Ontario, a flat rate shipping fee of $39.95 applies per order. Orders can be placed from the SHOP tab of our website.

For orders outside of Ontario, a flat rate shipping fee of $65 applies per order. Orders going to addresses outside of Ontario can be made by phone or email.

Handling time from the time the order is placed to the time the order is shipped is typically 1 -2 business days.

Shipping within Ontario typically takes 2-3 business days. Out of Province shipping typically takes 3-7 days.

Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship to Quebec.

Any special shipping instructions must be left in the comment section of the order page.

Refunds can be accepted up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

All refunds can be accepted in person or returned if shipped by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Exchanges cannot be processed for items that are no longer in stock.
