A very dry year resulted in an unusually refined & herbal expression of “the Blessed”. Straw colored, floral with citrus fruit & a mid- palate of exotic herbaceousness. Complex, layered & stunningly precise with exceptional balance & lingering finish. A truly cerebral Chardonnay to have by itself after a difficult day to unwind, or paired with Veal with Mushroom sauce.
